Identity and contact data: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and home address.

Partnership and operational data: farm location and capacity, business scale, production data, and information you provide during registration, site survey, and the running of the partnership.

Transaction and financial data: payment, billing, and reconciliation information relevant to the partnership services.

Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit times, and data collected via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally collect specific Personal Data (such as health or biometric data) unless necessary, lawful, and with your consent.

We obtain Personal Data directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and from lawful third parties (for example, operational partners or referrals) to the extent permitted by law.

Performance of a contract: to process registrations, conduct surveys and verification, run the partnership, and manage payments.

Consent: to send marketing communications, product information, and certain requests requiring your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, audit, and other applicable legal requirements.

Legitimate interests: to keep systems secure, prevent fraud, perform analytics, and improve our services and user experience, balanced reasonably against your rights.

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, maintain the partnership relationship, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that period, Personal Data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

We apply reasonable and proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Nevertheless, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a Personal Data protection failure, we will notify you and the competent authority in accordance with the requirements and timeframes set out in the PDP Law.

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to: obtain information about and access your Personal Data; update or correct inaccurate data; end processing, delete, and/or destroy Personal Data; withdraw consent; object to automated decision-making; postpone or restrict processing; and obtain and/or port your Personal Data in a transferable format.
