“Personal Data Controller” means the party that determines the purposes and control of Personal Data processing, which here is Deliver.

“Personal Data Subject” means the natural person to whom Personal Data relates, including you as a site user and prospective/partner farmer.

Partnership and operational data: farm location and capacity, business scale, production data, and information you provide during registration, site survey, and the running of the partnership.
Transaction and financial data: payment, billing, and reconciliation information relevant to the partnership services.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit times, and data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
We do not intentionally collect specific Personal Data (such as health or biometric data) unless necessary, lawful, and with your consent.
03Sources of Personal Data
