Any projections, targets, or performance figures are estimates and do not guarantee specific results, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, disease outbreaks, network disruptions, government actions, or other events of force majeure.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through deliberation. Failing that, the dispute will be resolved through the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

We may change these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page and takes effect once published. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
